But here on QCW Women’s Cycling Team, we have a secret weapon. It consists of an enormous basement, a pile of trainers and rollers from various sources, and fresh coffee. With fresh steamed milk. In the cold months, the group ride comraderie simply moves indoors as we build our base for the up-coming road, track, mountain, and eventually cyclocross seasons.
